Need Some Advice In New DC

We live about 45 minutes from a casino town. Is is small and population is only like 100 there is really nothing there but a small school and 4 large casinos. I am been thinking about opening a drop in childcare center or youth center for infants through teens that people can use while they are in the casinos. I was down there last weekend and it was crazy how many kids there were with absolutely nothing to do. I was thing off starting small but hopefully growing. It would be awesome to have a teen center with like an arcade set up that maybe just had a cover charge to get get in. And then drop in daycare for any body under 12. There is currently not even an inhome daycare. Is this a good idea? Do you think people would use it? Any suggestions?

I live in Las Vegas and there are these drop in childcare places call kids quest at a few of the casinos. I used to go there when I was little and visiting. I'm not what sure the age limits are. They have a huge ball pit/climber/slide thing, arcade, craft room, movie room etc. The kids just run around and do what ever. There is no routine/schedule etc. But im pretty sure it is geared towards older kids.

There is also a 24 hour drop in center right next to a different casino. This is geared more towards preschool and under. They have a schedule and stuff there.

Both places are always full!! I think this is a great idea! I think parents would love the option. And if you can make the teen place really fun with and arcade, pool table, air hockey, etc, I think they would enjoy it.

This is exactly what I was thinking. Also add a wii and xbox my only concern is the size of the town.
