I only have 1 pt dcf, they come 2 days a week(Mon. and Thurs) During Christmas, because of the schedule, I asked her if she'd like to come a different day. She declined but paid me the regular amount, which I expected.
Two weeks ago her dd was sick Monday. I never gave it any thought when she came in Thursday and asked if her dd could come Friday. I said sure, thinking she'd be paying for 3 days, not 2. I questioned her when I noticed the check was for 2 days. She brought up the fact her dd was sick Monday. All I could come up with was 'I didn't realize we were switching days'. Then an awkward mumbling and we both kinda said see ya next week. I have in my handbook, they're responsible for payment if they cancel for the day. Plus, I don't get reimbursed by the food program either because she's only listed for Mon and Thurs.
Someone please lend me your backbone, mine doesn't seem to be holding up very well.
