Rate Increase - I Did It!

I handed out rate increase letters yesterday.

Handed them the envelope and said, "There is going to be a small rate increase. This letter will explain everything. Let me know if you have any questions." I was reciting this all day just so I wouldn't say too much or the wrong thing ::

Both DCMs just said, "OK"

Of course, they didn't read the letter in front of me so they were not aware of the increase so I am not sure how they feel about it. I saw one of the DCMs at drop off today and she didn't even mention it. I won't see other DCM until Monday.

I am just so glad it's over with!happyface

Congrats! I sent notice this week that I am raising mine too. I was really nervous but DCM was fine with it!
