    Sibling Discount

I normally don't give discounts for siblings but I'm considering give this family one since they only need care from 9-3pm (2 children - 2y and 3y) and I'm really needing some more clients. What kind of discounts do you usually give?

I still give out sibling discounts if they are fulltime only. I used to do parttimers as well, but it is totally not worth doing it for parttimers!!

I give 10% off for the sibling. I have only had full-time families with more than one child, so I'm not sure if I'd do it for part-timers or not.

I do but wish I had given a 5 percent instead of the 10 percent I have now.

I do 10 % but am with sierrastreasures, the discount does start adding up when you get multiple families with 2+ kids.

I generally discount by 5 or 10 dollars.

Start 5% at the first of the yr.

I can only have 2 at a time anyway, so I do not give discounts.

I have not done so. However, if I had a family with two FT kids I would likely give child #2 a $15/20/week discount. I charge about $110/week for FT so instead of $220 for the week I would charge $200-205

THis is what I do as well. I usually charge $130.00-$140.00 per child. For fulltime siblings, I charge $25.00 per child per day. SO it would save them $10-$20.00 per week!!

I give a 10% discount to each add'l sibling. Paying for childcare for more than one child is SOOOO expensive, I think the parents deserve a sibling discount!

I give a 10% discount but also only for full-timers, not for PT's.

I ended up giving $20 a week discount. I had a 2nd interview today with them and they signed. (Paid the deposit to hold spot but still need to send in paperwork).
