How to Word This?

First off thank you to those of you who have throw some great advise my way about my Preschool Expo I am attending.

I have been working hard and have hit a wall. Maybe if I throw it out to you very smart and creative ladies/men I can get over this wall.

I do have a degree, but it is not in early childhood education. BUT I am constantly in classes that provide me with all the tools that I need to do my job well. Professional development programs, Zoo-Phonics, and etc.

I want to say something like Teachers/Staff participate in on-going education?

I can't think of a way to say it.

"Continued education for teachers and staff is part of our yearly curriculum"

I know for some parents that me not having a degree in early education will be a deal breaker, but I am ok with that. I won't win them all.
