Baby just projectile vomitted what seemed like a whole 6 oz bottle. ask mom she been exposed to a stomach bug she replied no. I told her if he seems ok tonight he can come tomorrow now I'm rethinking that. when would you exclude a baby for vomiting?

Depends on if the baby has a habit of "spitting up". I currently care for a 6 mo. old who routinely does this, and has since I've had him (at 10 weeks). If this is not normal for the baby, I would do what you did and hope the parent had good sense in the morning to be honest about the child's health. -
Some babies do that once and a while. If the baby doesn't have a fever or any other symptoms I would still take them.Comment
