Excited To Make Play Food

I just finally bought some clear packing tape so that I can tape up boxes and cans of opened, emptied foods for the kids to play with. I can't wait. I need to also buy a cash register so I can set up a little store to go with it!

I should do that too. I have emptied my food cupboards before and given them filled(but never opened) packages to play with, keeps 'em busy for hours!

The kids will love that! My kitchen is small, so my "pantry" is metal shelving. When the kids aren't rolling every single canned item across my kitchen floor, they like to take stuff off the shelves & fill their shopping cart (and play stroller and baskets...).

My kids loved wooden blocks with decoupaged labels. I tried to tape packages, but they tore them apart to open them.
