I do the same. But I have one mom who texts me once or twice a day to check on the boy. (this is her second baby). She asks a little more specifics than the rest.

What kind of specifics does she want? Did the new baby just start coming? Did you have her first one? Was she the same way? I had a DCP who was like that for her son's first week, but after that, she was fine. Maybe it's just because the baby is new??

My under 3's have a daily sheet.

Over 3 it's just verbal. Good day or not so good, napped or not, ate well or not.

I mostly only tell them about the behavior problems. That is all daycare mom seems to care about. She asks them first thing in the door "were you good?" and they say yes or no. If no I tell her what happened and that is about it. The girls are usually wild once she gets here so our conversation is limited. I keep a book in their bag and every day I write down what we had for breakfast and lunch and what time they took their nap. I also include if I gave meds or anything like that. But I know she rarely looks at it.

I use my iphone for it and also my ipad but you can probably download the app on any smartphone I would think. It also works on a computer as well
Same here. I like having a way to keep track of the kids day and I don't have to give a report at the end of the day because parents can check in anytime to see how their kiddo is doing.
