    When is Nap Time??

I tried to search and it didn't work.

When is your nap time and how old are your kids?

My rest (nap) time is from noon until 2:00.

My kids are 18 months to age 5.

I have 11 of them total.

I do have one in the infant category but they have their own personal schedule and won't be expected to follow the other's schedules until 12 months. (2 months to go )

Here are a couple polls about nap/rest times and lengths as well as policies for nap/rest times

My nap times are from 9 am to 10 am and then from 12:30ish to whenever they wake up... usually close to 3.

I have a 13 month old dcg and a 20 mo dcg. The 13 mo still sleeps in the morning, but not the older dcg.

My nap is 1230-230, if not up by 3, I wake them (unless they've been super crabby). Right now I have ages 14months-3.5 years.

We're totally off schedule this week due to the holiday break but usually it's 12-3ish and they're both 2.

Between 12:30 and 1pm until 3pm. On occasion (bad days, ) nap starts at noon!

2 year old 12-3 headed back to 12:30-3:30

                        6mo, 1yo, 1yo 8:45-9:30 and 12-3 headed back to 12:30-3:30

I've had to make some adjustment for the 6 mo, so everyone's schedule got shifted a little until he can make it to 12:30. We've been stuck inside, too, so that makes it harder. Once we can get outside every morning, I think I can start afternoon nap a little later again.

The 2 year old has the playroom to himself. Some days. he sleeps a couple hours, and if he wakes up early he gets up and plays. Other days. I have to wake him up after 3 hours.

The 1 year olds have a few toys and a book in their beds, and they share a room. If one wakes up early (or occasionally doesn't nap in the morning), they can play in their pnp. Sometimes, they party hearty and I come in to find toys and pacifiers all over the room. :: They always sleep in the afternoon, though, and THEN party, so I'm a-ok with that.

The 6 month old is still a work in progress. Usually, by Friday he takes great naps, and Mondays, it's a 20 minute sleep cycle then wake and scream fest. eeesh!

wow my group must be sleepers.

kids lay down at 1230 and I am dragging them out of naps at 330

stinks....I have some that I have to fight forever to get up even at 400pm.

right now mine is at 1230. my 14 month old is the only one who falls asleep right away. The others fall asleep closer to 1.
My 20 month old naps 130-430 at home but when i put him down at 1230, im luck if he sleeps two hours. Im thinking of pushing nap to 1 and seeing how it goes.
