Here's an ad I saw today. Suspicious quotation marks:

Their hiring process background checks and finger printing...I offer you a flexible schedule and a "caring mom"

Yes, please "care" for my child.

Weird. That reminds me of the Friends episode when Joey didn't know how to properly use the finger quotation marks.

That's really creepy. Is it code for something? Like wet nursing? Or something like that movie about the high girls who ran an escort service under the pretense of a babysitting service?

There are some grammatical errors so maybe it's not their first language and they just don't understand the use of quotation marks in English; sometimes people who are learning English don't understand sarcasm. Could also just be a troll.
