I'm going through my handbook and am revising and updating some of my policies. This was my first year of having my fcc and I realized that I needed to change a couple of things but so far all I have is:
I updated my emergency closure policy and also added a couple of things about my closed-paid days off.
What did you change or add to your parent hb/policies for 2014?
And what is your emergency closure policy? Do you have them pay or take them out of personal days? I'm not sure what to do with this one. Right now I have it as having 5 paid personal/sick/educational/emergency days.
