I do not. I am updating my contract this weekend sometime and going to add that. What is a reasonable fee?

$2 per minute going up to $5 per minute after the 3rd incident.

I used to charge just $1 per minute & people didn't care. They would just pay it and think nothing of it.

When I changed it to the above, the late pick-ups stopped and quick!

I allow parents to pick up late or drop off early with a full 24 hour advance notice, of course when I am able to do it.

otherwise, they need to pick up according to their contracted time of care. The fee is $1.00 for each min parents pick up late. If it becomes a habit I would term, but I only have ever had one family with pick up issues.

The hard part is actually charging the late fee. Don't put this in your rules unless you intent to follow through with it.
