Logged Out, Would You Send Home?

I have a dcf that has their 2 children enrolled with me, however, one stays full time while the other one only attends when their preschool is closed.

the older child that is with me only when her school is out is here for the xmas break. I knew going into it that the child was going to be a bit of a handful, I had her full time before she started her preschool back in the fall and we had some mild issues, nothing super bad, just a handful.

Long story short, she hit one of the other kids and when my asst stepped in to correct the matter, DCG purposely spit in my asst face.

I so bad want to send this child home and not allow for her to come back, but I am not sure if I am just over reacting. I can NEVER imagine any of my other DCKs doing something like this. The family has already paid up for the days that they child will be attending during the break and there is nothing in our contract that says if the child is suspended from care that I would give a refund or not.

I would have a refund for that child's care ready at pick and not let them back.

I would not allow her back as well. Explain why she is leaving and why she isn't welcome back. That's too bad!

Nope, wouldn't let kid come back. And I wouldn't refund either.
