    Sensory Bins and Infants?

I am wondering what you all do when you have non-infant friendly sensory bins and infants. I use one large room for all daycare needs except napping, and another room with PNPs and cots for napping. I do not have an assistant or separate areas for infants vs older kids.

Do you have onecof those large gates you can make a play yard with?

I put the sensory bin on my kitchen floor and leave the little ones in the playroom.
I only put out sensory bins when I can supervise or I know the child that is playing with it will use it appropriately. They are never just out.
I also have done sensory trays for the older ones so they can sit at the table with them. I use the disposable lasagna pans.

Infant friendly bins- a fabric bin with lots of different textures. Use oatmeal as the fill so that it is edible, larger items in it and sit with them larger cars etc.
right now I have some pine garland, red velvet ribbon, large red and green pom poms and large plastic ornaments as my "sensory bin" in the playroom right now.
