Time to Pay Taxes

Last week of the year time for me to pay property taxes YUCK boy it was easier when the bank paid those from our escrow account.

I had a windfall year. You can not believe how much I am paying in capital gains taxes. It is 27% higher here in California than my brother in Tennessee.

Its 74F here today. Even the warm weather is starting to get to me here. haha
