    crying..more crying. ugh

I have a cryer here. He is 12 months and spoiled with minimal schedule at home. The biggest issue is that he cries EVERY time a door is closed. The sound of a closing door makes him hysterical. Even if he sees me and it was someone else that walked out the front door or any door for that matter, he just freaks out. Its not a sad cry, its a flaming mad siren cry that rocks the whole room. My tolerance for crying is pretty high, as is my assistant but both of us will get headaches after these meltdowns, it is that bad. I finally got him napping here and now the door thing is the next trigger for him. Its just really exhausting and I am sure that it will be something else after Christmas break. He really is a nice little guy once we get the naps worked out but there is no way I can prevent every door from closing in the house LOL

If he's still doing it after the break, I'd have a door closing marathon. Open, shut , open, shut, open, shut so often he is immune to it.
