    Raviolies

Do any of you guys feed your kiddos raviolis?

I wanted to try them but I cant find them on minute menu.

I hope you guys are not tired of my minute menu questions. This is the best place for good advice.

Like the canned kind (Chef Boyardee) or home made?

The canned stuff is horrid. Filled with preservatives and sodium.

I make them home made at home but I don't with the DCK's simply because ravioli's are a tough pasta shape to manage for little ones. I usually opt for spiral or elbow noodles when serving pasta.

They aren't on there, because there isn't enough cheese/noodle ratio. I THINK that if you made them from scratch, and knew how much was in each one, that is great. The thing is too, for ricotta cheese, the serving size is double regular cheese.

I will serve ravioli that I buy from the fresh pasta section of our grocery. I top it with my own sauces.
