Need Help With Wording Somethings (LONG...)

I do a monthly newsletter and I wanted to include a section with some reminders and some new things. Here is what I have- please tell me what you think and how I can make it sound not so mean:

    1) We will be reorganizing the children’s bins/cubbies and will be sending home some of the out of season outfits. It is your responsibility to provide us with 2 complete outfits (shirts, pants, & socks) by the end of the week.

    2) We have a wide variety of toys for the children to play with. Please do not send any toys with your child. It causes confusion with the children about the sharing of toys and causes unneccessary hurt feelings. You can however send any 'lovies' (blankies, stuffed animals, etc.) that will be given to the child at nap time.

    3) Please knock on the door and do not ring the doorbell before 7:30am. Mornings can be a hectic time (arrivals, preparation of breakfast, diaper changes, etc.) and the sound of the doorbell seems to cause anxiety with the children. When knocking on the door, please keep in mind that it might take a minute for us to answer. If you are concerned that your knock was not heard, please call my cell phone.

    Thank you!

      Welcome to Winter!
Make sure your child is dressed appropriately this year for a healthy start to 2011. It's now time to change your child's extra change of clothing for the winter. You will find your child's fall clothing is waiting for you to bring home. Please bring back TWO complete winter outfits (shirts, pants, & socks) by the end of the week. (Do you require an extra set of hats, mittens, snow pants, or snow boots? I'm not sure where you live, but here in North Dakota it's a good idea!)

      Toys Galore!
The secret is out! We have lots of toys at daycare. Please remember to keep toys from home at home. Toys can be brought on Show-N-Tell days only, but we are not responsible for damaged or lost toys from home. Please review our handbook for further information regarding items from home. (You should add a clause about items that should not be allowed in daycare like toys and small objects including coins and explain in detail in your handbook)

      Knock-Knock!
Please remember to KNOCK on the door when you arrive at [insert daycare name here]. The doorbell is loud and causes anxiety with some of the children. If the doorbell continues to be used on a regular basis, you may find one morning that it is covered up as a reminder to knock. If the door is not answered in a timely manner, please call me on my cell phone [insert cell phone number]. Thank you!

I used to have a problem with my neighbor's children ringing the doorbell early in the morning. I put several layers of duct tape over the bell, and that did the trick! It wasn't very pretty, but it works.
