Dcd In Car Accident

One of my dcm's texted me that her dh was in a car accident and had to have surgery. I hope everything is ok, I haven't heard from dcm yet.

They don't have any family here. Her mom lives a few hours away, but always makes them pay her when she watches dcb so I told dcm that dcb can stay as late as needed, no charge. They are one of my favorite families.

Dcd is ok. He had a concussion and when mom called she said that they put her in his room with his bloody clothes (he wasn't in there at the moment) because they cut them off and she thought the worst. He has a messed up side of his face. I guess there was a 13 car pile up and by the time he got to it the only choice he had was to pick who to run in to.
