With the coming holidays, we know that a lot of families are going to have off on some of the days we are open (specifically Christmas eve, and the day after, and New Year's eve) and we are asking families to sign up if they will need daycare those days. This is so we can give time off to as many of the staff as we can and staff accordingly. We have told everyone that if they sign up to come those days and don't, they will still be charged.
My question is, can this apply to our families who are state pay? Our director says no, but she is wrong about a lot of things. I have looked but can't find anything that covers that at all.
