I was wondering what you all give for lunch. I feel like I have been lacking in variety. Do you have a menu? Weekly? Monthly?

Need some new meal ideas for picky eaters.

My kids love quesadilla's.

This week, I tried tostadas with refried beans, cheese, and a touch of lettuce and tomato. I carefully cut the shells into pie wedges and the girls were so excited that they got chips for lunch. They had some mixed veggies and mandarin oranges to go with it.

I frequently set aside part of what I cook for dinner, before serving my family, and reheat it the next day for lunch.
