Can you guys offer suggestions for the duration of the trial period. Also the doctor has concerns about his cognitive development. He might need a behavior specialist (which I have done in the past) and I wouldn't mind keeping him enrolled if they provide him services for a good portion of the day. I am a special education teacher and I am use to tough cases but not when a child's life is in danger.
During the 2 week trial period, you should be allowed to term. And anyway how would this hurt you? She can file a claim for what? "My kid bit her kid and was awful to her dck's and she termed me waaahhh??" I mean for the SAFETY of the kids, you gotta do what you gotta do. I'd write a letter explaining it and keep a copy, call licensing, call the city and tell them your concerns and beat her to it. Keeping an unsafe situation in your care is unacceptable.
