It does. It's an in floor vent (forced air) so it's all down in the ductwork under the vent. I can clean the vent, the ductwork is another story.

Wonder what the deal with babies and heating vents are.
I have one who purposely sits on the vent when the heat is on so they can poop.

Yep! I have a toddler who runs over to the vent every time he hears the furnace kick on & sits on the vent.
Seriously buddy, we need the heat more then your butt does!

Oh, I can only imagine the smell.
Thankfully, our vents are at the top of the ceiling.
