How do you guys let parents know the days you will be closed? I do a yearly calendar with the dates I will be closed including vacations and personal days that I know for sure I'm taking off. On the bottom I let them know that these dates can change and that they are all paid. Also I reinforce it in my monthly newsletter, as a friendly reminder.

I give a yearly calendar color coded with which days are paid and unpaid. I also note that If I have to change anything, Ill give them as much notice as possible.
Then when they days im closed are getting close, I post a notice on the door that the parents use.
