What Do You Use To Clean Surfaces And Floors?

Hopefully this is in the right spot my first post!

What does everyone use in their daycares for cleaning? I'm just getting started and I've always use clorox or Lysol wipes, or clorox bleach spray, but now that I'm starting daycare, I don't want parents thinking I'm nuts for what I use to clean. Advice please!

ODOBAN!! For EVERYTHING!! I have a bleach exemption because of asthma... I'm not licensed but I accept state pays and on their inspection I had to show what I clean with. ODOBAN is EPA approved also.

Yu can also use it in carpet cleaners and for an additive in laundry!

I use Odoban. The ladies on the forum told me about it. It can be used on everything, and stops odors. I use it everywhere when I deep clean.

I spray the toys daily with Seventh Generation disinfecting spray.

Hey neighbor, I'm near Lansing too!
I use the three step process to clean which is soap water, then rinse water, then bleach water to clean surfaces. Or I use the multi surface cleaner, I'm not sure who makes it. To clean floors, I have hardwood in the kitchen and dining room and I use a steam mop or Swiffer.

You could probably use anything that you like to use (licensing says to follow directions to disinfect). Honestly, I have never had a parent ask me what I use to clean with.

I'm going to have to try this Odoban! I can't stand bleach and it bothers me to use it unless it's majorly diluted. Even when I use bleach water, it sometimes bothers me!

I can't live without my ODOBAN!! I've been using it for YEARS. A friend of mine does commercial cleaning and she introduced it to me about 10 years ago.

I use water, vinegar, essential oils. I have a steam mop that gets hot enough to disinfect, so I just use steam & essential oils on my floors.

I just started using Better Life Cleaning products. I really love them safe for the environment and around children.

I have been wondering this as well.

We use the 3 step process as well, per licensing instruction. It's the soap part I am confused about. To clean our lunch table for example, we have been getting a wash cloth, wetting it, putting hand soap on it, and wiping the table, then using just a wet cloth, and then spraying with bleach water and air drying. I am just not sure the hand soap is okay? Is there a better soap I should be making soap water with?

I use dawn dish soap and mix it with water and put it in a spray bottle
