Too Soon To Raise Rates?

So i started at the beginning of the school year with a brand new daycare. I love it but when i started i was desperate and wanted kids so i set my rate at 100 a week. Now i am thinking about raising it.
I am worried it is to soon.
Also i was thinking about raising it 10-15 dollars a week. The average for my county was $148 a week for full-time.preschooler.

I think you could get by with a 1st of the year rate increase but I would keep it on the lower end and would get the info out to parents ASAP.
Also, I would let them know that rates will be reviewed annually - you don't want to give the impression you will be raising rates every few months.

I never thought about adding a section to include when i would raise my rates soi was a little worried about doing it. But i am planning on adding in sibling discount do some of them will only go up by $5 a week.
How would you go about it on the letter?
