2 kids, 5 days a week, 5 to 10 hours a day from 7am to 9pm at her home. $100 a MONTH. That's right, $100 a month. I charge $140 a week. It is almost impossible to find daycare for $100 a week in my area, let alone $100 a month in your own home. My word, crazy!

oh and a different ad where the parent says they have a nanny and are seeking a second one. three kids. two nannies there at one time, that was specified in the ad. ummm....why? they did not list any special needs kids or other concerns. it was one nanny for the two young kids, the other nanny was for the five year old only. they did not ask that the nanny take the 5 year old to activities either. -

That has to be a mistake. I had a nanny when my DH was hospitalized and I paid $800 a week. That was the going rate.Comment
