In the enrollment section of my handbook it says
"Full time families have priority over part time families. Currently enrolled part time families will be given first right of refusal if a full time family wishes to enroll."
Then I make sure to FULLY explain what this means when interviewing.
If the part time family chooses not to up their enrollment status to full time, then I will give them their two weeks notice and enroll the part time family.
I am personally in this for the money/income and which ever family brings in the most money is the one that will win out every time.
Business is business in my book.
I know not all providers run their programs this way and that is 100% ok....that is the beauty of this profession....there is a right fit for everyone- Flag
