yup..Your contract is with dad. You shouldn't be telling her anything. As far as her paying you directly so she can pay him less child support....not what the court ordered. Oh..you said they've never been to court? That's messy. Definitely find out how to proceed from dad.Comment

what I did not mention to you guys from the start is that both daycare parents were present when they came to tour and enroll.
They were not together at the time, but DCM flew back to here to help dcd pick a place. DCM wanted her say in where the child was going to go as well. During the interview process, dcm asked me if I would keep her included. I said yes, but did not set boundaries or explain what I would and would not do.
So I think that is where I need to start. I need to let DCM know what I will and won't do. Perhaps the letter that BC gives out for divorced parents would work out well.
