I have one who just turned two and would wake up...scream my name...throw her binkie out of the pack in play...then call my name with "binkie" which would then wake everyone up and if I got the binkie she'd fall back asleep!
So....moved her into the hallway. She got to yell all she wanted and learned that I wasn't getting the binkie right away. Everyone stayed down. Eventually I would get the binkie but by that time it went in the mouth and stayed there.
Other then that I have the "strict face" and we like to say "who's going to fall asleep first" game. After about five minutes of settling down everyone is quiet and working on falling asleep.
I don't do music though...I think I will!! happyface
