Bday Party Ideas

I am hosting a bday party for my niece and nephew Saturday 6 and 8 theyveach are inviting 6 friends plus family so I am looking at about 20 kids for 3 hours. I needs some games ideas. The plan is to be outside weather permitting in the daycare play yard. But depending on weather might be move to a local gymnastics studio. Any suggestions?

For outdoor parties I like to do an obstacle course. I usually make it with cones, pool noodles, pool tube instead of tires, rope and flags. There are lots of different examples on pinterest.
