Is it too much to ask....

that when you bring your child all whiney with snot hanging down their face that you also send them with a box of tissues? I realize you didn't realize their nose was running so badly on the fifteen minute ride here or as you got them ready in the morning. But I would appreciate not going through a box of tissues daily!

ugh. I hate runny noses and it is that time of year. Still, either require the parents to provide a box of tissue or work the cost into your tuition. I do think it is too much to ask to assume a parent will bring a box of tissue just because their child has a runny nose.

If one of my dcks has such a bad runny nose they go through a whole box of tissues in 1 day I add it to their next bill just the same as I do if they run out of diaper wipes and do not bring more and I have to use a package of my personal wipes. I add it to their bill.

I know some others do it differently but I have always built the cost of necessary items like tissues into my fees. I'd much rather not have to worry about whether someone brings tissues or not.
