    Interview

    My last interview was a no show after it was scheduled twice. I have an interview this Wednesday for a 19 month old, full time M-F. I am so excited! I really hope I get the the little guy I feel that 19 months is a great age for my daycare right now. I would prefer not to take any infants right now with my own only being 2.5 months. Wish me luck :-) I pray its not another no show. This parent seems very interested so I hope I know after the interview if I got the job.

      Wishing you luck. I had a no show last week. Tons do phone calls nut no actual interviews or kids yet.

          Sending lots of luck your way!

          No shows are part of the job. Document her name and remember to NOT entertain the idea of interviewing her again.

          It happens.

          Daycare has a weird way of working itself out sometimes....letting that happen is hard for providers when being organized and scheduled is also a BIG part of this job.

          Hoping the new family shows up for the interview and signs on with you!
