Help! Can't Log In

When I try and log in, it tells me my password is wrong, but when I try to get a new password, I get a message that my e-mail isn't valid. It is the only e-mail I have, and I get messages from this forum on it occasionally so I know it is correct.

Also, all of my previous posts have my username and then 'guest' underneath, like I have never been a member.

I tried to fill out a form for problems, but I don't know if it ever went through.

No, mine is Sunshine74. There is a Sunshine75 too, but that is not me. I am the one who started this thread https://www.daycare.com/forum/showthread.php?t=66153. When I started it and answered, I was logged into the forum.
