    True story...

I asked DCM to pick up children on time because I was picking up my Military son from the airport who was coming home for good. She ignored my text & ignored my request. (I was late to the airport) I'm fed up with her total disregard for anyone but herself. I gave a term letter to DCM yesterday with final fees (included all her late fees) & two week notice. I got a text stating she wasn't paying me crap followed by a text stating it was my job to control her kid while she was at work. (One DCB is a discipline problem.)

She showed up this morning! (I wasn't on morning shift or I would have denied her DC.) Unbelievable! Today at pickup I'm advising her that she cannot return until all her fees are current; per contract. She has a built up quit a few late fees recently.

As a side note, her baby walked for the first time (unassisted) today. YES, I POSTED IN ON OUR FACEBOOK PAGE!!

After telling you she wasn't paying you crap, even though YOU didn't accept him into care, I would call her right now and tell her to come get her kid or drop off payment immediately-not at closing time, now.

Wow- the nerve of some parents! That was really rude, and I wouldn't take them back again!

I almost did, but she is behind a few days on the POS for the voucher program. I'm going to have her catch it up & THEN give her the boot. We will dance later in court for the other fees, I'm sure of it.

I'm sure you're right...parents like that can certainly ruin your love for the job some days! Hope you can just forget about them this weekend and enjoy your mother/son reunion!
