Home DC to Daycare Center

Hello all!! I live in Hawthorne Ca (Los Angeles County). I now run a in home child day care and I am preparing to open up a child care center. Does anyone have any suggestions or tips that will help me along this new journey? Thanks
P.S. I've already spoke to the city's planning department and attended orientation for child care centers given by the social services
