    Constant Issues With Family

DCM always forgets supplies when reminded & is the only parent never on the same page. She take forever to sign a document or fails to tell me something until the last minute. I sent her a text telling her diapers are $1 a piece today, this was after being reminded on checkinkids.com messaging, she was getting low (& then out).

The last month DC baby hasn't slept when dropped off or at nap time. White noise doesn't help. His 3.5 yr old brother doesn't nap either. I asked DCM what time they go to bed for they are the only ones not napping now. She said 9pm, but probably untrue. We had to place the children away from the others cause they keep the group up & cranky.

I might add DC brother is the only kid who is forever in TO & has to be picked up for bad behavior. Reminders, rewards or stickers do not help. He is rude, makes fun of the others & has to be watch when going to the bathroom. If not he is peeing all over the place. Everyday we start over again. He now doesn't spit inside, but blows snot rockets. Yes. Snot rockets at 3.5. Learned behavior if you ask me.

I'm pretty much over the constant circle dance with them all. Her kids obviously come by it naturally. Seeing it all in print makes me wonder why I haven't termed this family. Someone throw me a backbone here & give me a nice in your face term letter I can give DCM.

Ewww! Glad you have decided to term - I wouldn't deal with that type of behavior for one second longer!

      Dear DCM

This is written notice of cancellation of our child care services agreement.

I feel at this time, we have exhausted all efforts towards progress and have run out of ideas and strategies to maintain a healthy and safe environment for all children enrolled.

The last day I am willing to provide care is XXXX October XX, 2013.

      Sincerely,

      Child Care Provider

If you'd rather be more vague just say:

      Dear DCM

This is written notice of cancellation of our child care services agreement.

I feel at this time, I am unable to provide the right care and environment for your children.

The last day I am willing to provide care is XXXX October XX, 2013.

      Sincerely,

      Child Care Provider

^^^ or "unable to meet your children's specific needs."

**Leave out that military school should be their next option.... :: JK.... kids that age are HARD in group care with young infants/toddlers. They turn into cavemen overnight. I DREAD that age group entirely (esp. 4yo girls), even though I have loved the little monsters since birth (my own included :::... I cope well most of the time, I simply dread it (thank-you pre-k).

IMHE, When you lay the *blame* on your inability to meet their needs (instead of their actions) the entire exchange tends to go smoother.. "It's not you, It's me......."
        - Unless otherwise stated, all my posts are personal opinion and worth what you paid for them.
