    Cleaning Window

The outside of the big window in my living room is filthy. Unfortunately, as it's a big "picture window" type on, it doesn't open. How can i clean the outside? It's about 1.5 story off the ground...

I've never tried it but Windex (I think) has a bottle of cleaner that you hook to your garden hose and spray it on with no scrubbing.

I would check Home Depot or Lowe's. I was thinking the same type thing. Anything you connect to a hose!

nifty. I need to go pick something up from Lowes anyway so I'll check there first. Thanks!

I use the pads that blackcat showed. I've used them for years and love the convenience. I wish that I could use them on the inside.

You spray the window, wet the pad, scrub the window, and rinse. ALL DONE!

I have a steam cleaner with an extension that I use. I hang out one window to clean the non moving one in the middle of my bay windows.

I LOVE my steam cleaner! I use it EVERY single day. I've never used it on windows before! I've used it on window sills but not the window. I can't wait to try it!
