Can unlicensed providers use Minute Menu??

Anyone can buy and use Minute Menu software I believe.

I know you need to be licensed/registered/certified to be on a food program.

In California you can be licensed exempt, watching one family and get on the food program. I got signed up before my license went through.
I don't know about other states, and not all food program sponsors in California serve licensed exempt, so it's worth asking and checking multiple providers if you aren't sure if your state allows it. I wouldn't have known if I didn't have a food program sponsor contact me and tell me about it.

Awesome thanks!! I am currently unlicensed (not sure yet if I will get licensed or not). I am in the process of building our new open, we are almost finished and I can then reopen my Family Child Care business. I have built a room solely for my daycare so I want to get everything in order that I want to use.
