I use a white vinager/water mix and a towel. It works very well!

I take mine to the car wash.:: Actually I have a power washer, suds it up well, scrub with a brush any stains and spay it clean. leave in th sunshine to dry.

I have! I used dawn dish soap in the bath with hot water. I let them soak overnight. Worked fabulous but took a few days to dry. The water was so brown!!

No. I am a little scared to see the color of the water. Mine LOOK clean, and I wipe them down. But they have never had a thorough cleaning like that.
