When I post, what do you all see? For some reason, I can't get me profile picture to change. I have tried several different pictures. Any advice would be appreciated!

Go to User CP on the upper left of the screen then choose "Edit Avatar." You can either choose a preloaded one or go to the bottom of the page and upload your own. -
I just figured it out! I was changing my profile picture instead of my avatar.

I know some members don't wanna bother with it, but I wish more would change Avatar cause too many look similar to me and I have confused people in the passed :

The forum itself, only has a set number of options available to use as avatars and I am not sure many members know they can customize theirs.
Some members change theirs frequently so it can get confusing at times... ::
When new members enroll, I will sometimes give them a custom avatar that is matched to their name but I don't always have time and I don't always remember to do it...
