    Non-Communication Grrr

I have a dcg who comes after school 2-4 times a week. I hadn't heard from dcm yet this week so I texted her to ask if her dd was coming. She said 'Oh I thought I told you she wouldn't be there this week? But maybe I forgot?' It's not the first time she's done this. Course I sometimes DO forget things if I don't write them down. But I know she never said anything this time.
She's been coming for several years and I'd hate to end up replacing her with someone but if I get any calls, it'll have to happen.

I have the same situation going on here right now and mom said the same thing..."Maybe you forgot to write it down?"
I just laughed because writing down their schedule is their job NOT mine.

If I were in your shoes, I would maybe write mom a note telling her that schedule changes MUST be in writing. They only need to remember their schedule, while you have to juggle multiple schedules so it's only fair.
