      Thanks for the link! Makes me sad though...Our DD is 4.5 and goes to afternoon K-Prep. They don't do a rest time. The poor girl goes to bed at 7:15and sleeps till 6:30. She told me she misses her naps. On the weekends she will take a two hour nap and then go to bed at 9:00 and get up at 6:30. She is so much happier when she has a nap. I knew naps were important!!
