Have you actually confirmed this company is in fact a legit company. The whole thing seems shady to me. At least they have an actual person calling. A lot of telemarketing calls I get are an automated recording that I can't ask to not call again. I would think you might be able to file a harassment case against them but I am not sure of the legalities there. In any case, I would be pretty ticked off at this point if I were having to deal with it! Good luck!

I looked them up and they have a website and FB page. That's not to say that the person actually calling Sugar is from that company, though.

I have a splitting headache, so forgive me if you mentioned this, but ave you threatened them with legal action, told them you'll sue them for harrassment, that kind of thing?

If you have...follow through! Call the BBB or someone to report it.

OOoo, call the media! HEre we have "6 on Your Side" from one of the news channels and you can get them to investigate crappy businesses
