I really enjoyed that book, but my understanding is that it's been a while since it was published and the sequel is not forthcoming

I seen that too! I read it on my kindle app so didn't realize how long ago it was written whoops one bad thing about having books electronically...I read it and don't realize how long it's been out! I hate when a book leaves me hanging like that!
