2 Week Holding

I have a family who wants to start in two weeks, but it is my last infant spot and I have done a ton of interviews for it. Most families want to start immediately however this family is my fav.

I know most of you don't charge a holding fee if it's two weeks, but I will most likely be losing money.

Is it fair to Charge them, If so, how much?

It's most definitely fair if you can fill the spot immediately or if its in your policies.
How much though I have no idea.
If I liked the family maybe half of what you would get otherwise? Or just a larger deposit, like a deposit and a half?
