    Contract Wording - Open Hours

I've been stuck for the past half hour trying to figure out how to word a portion of my contract. I had a light bulb moment and realized you all are the perfect group to ask!

I am rewording the rates portion. I was previously doing contracted hours and honestly it's just too much of a headache. I know so many providers love contracted hours, but it's just not for me. Anyway, I'm trying to say that the weekly rate is based on my business hours of 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. They can use as much or as little of that time as they want. If they need time before 7 or after 5 it is $x.xx per hour per child.

I guess ^ that doesn't sound that bad, but I want it to sound a bit more professional.

    Thanks in advance!

ABC Childcare is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Services are available any time during those hours for a flat weekly rate of $x.xx. Services provided before 7:00 a.m. or after 5:00 p.m. are available for an additional fee.

    Something like that maybe?
