    Blissful while it lasted :(

    Nap time that is.
Last week kids actually rested and if they didn't, at least they were quiet. My 2.5 yo has been screaming, talking, or crying this afternoon, while my new 2 yo either cried or sang and my 19 month old laid down for half an hour quietly and is now crying. The only one who has been quiet is 3.5 and she looks like she'd dearly love to sleep but because of the racket the others are making, there's no chance of that. Don't kids rest anymore? And why do they sound like I'm beating them just getting them to lay quietly with books and stuffed animals for half an hour???

For the 1 and 2 year olds, I would except them to nap at least two hours in the afternoon. Are you able to separate them at all? or get some really really loud white noise going?

    30 minutes is ridiculous!
