At the interview, I went over every page of my 18 page handbook. I felt like I was droning on forever and a couple of times, I apologized. There were also all the extra permission sheets, travel, photos, water, lotions, etc. Again, endless.
When mom returned the paperwork this weekend, she said, "I love this handbook. I know you think it's too long, but you have no idea what a relief it is to have it all in black and white. I don't have to wonder, I already know what we expect of each other." ;-)
