My kids are destructive! My husband just bought the Islington Light Beige Sectional Sofa from the Islington Light Beige Sectional Sofaand my son spilled his cup of apple juice all over it! Luckily it was easy to clean off, but not he is not allowed to go on the couch. It is a lot easier if he plays on the ground too because that way it is easier to clean up after him!

The kids are not allowed on the furniture. I have a small table and chairs for preschool time, toddler foam coach for library area, bench in the kitchen for meals and snacks and enough foam character chairs for when they watch TV. They LOVE the character chairs.

After 15 years, I just got new furniture 2 weeks ago for our family room/which is my daycare room....And they are not allowed on it. They are not allowed to lay their faces on it, or run toys on it. They have kid size chairs/tables in that room to use, and lots of floor area. No food or drink in there either.

I have a sofa in the bigger kids playroom...they don't jump on it, but I am amazed at how many of them think they can use it as a tissue to wipe their nose on...............hooray for microfiber than scrubs up easily! My babies don't have any adult type furniture at all.

Our sofa, dining room table, coffee table, etc. is wrapped and in our garage. My child care business has taken over and we no longer have room for our personal furniture anymore.

The one thing the little ones do is play in the rocking chairs to the point they almost tip over. I have a no rocking chair rule, but that doesn't stop them from climbing on a gazillion times a day.

How does your family sit down and relax themselves? What do you eat your meals at if everything is in the garage. I guess I can't pictue what you mean that everything is in your garage because the childcare business has taken over. Where do you feed the daycare children at?
